    Gingrich: Es gibt so vieles, was Trumps Truppe bremsen oder stoppen könnte: die Bürokratie, die Vorschriften, die Lobbyisten, die Journalisten. Das Beharrungsvermögen all dieser Kräfte, die Veränderungen verhindern wollen, wird so stark sein, dass Trumps Regierung womöglich einen Gang herunterschaltet und irgendwenn beschließt, doch vernünftig zu werden. Und wenn er und seine Leute vernünftig werden, dann haben sie verloren.
